EIB loan to finance SME investments throughout Italy via leasing schemes. Up to 30% of the loan could be used to finance other eligible projects under knowledge economy, convergence, energy and environment objectives or mid caps.

The facility will be at least 70% dedicated to financing projects promoted by SMEs.
