Loan for financing small and medium-sized projects carried out primarily by SMEs or Mid-Caps, mainly located in Portugal. A portion of the loan (up to 30%) could be allocated to other small projects promoted by other entities.
Ziele
The proposed EIB loan would promote medium and long-term lending for capital investment, and would contribute to strengthening the productivity and competitiveness of SMEs and Mid-caps. The vast majority of projects are expected to concern convergence areas.
