- EIB Advisory also helped financial intermediaries, investment funds and public institutions build skills.
- This support expanded access to retail and institutional investors, scaling up equity funds, increasing the use of securitisations and promoting the adoption of transition finance classifications and simplified green label criteria to stimulate sustainable financing.

EIB berät Kroatien bei Förderung von Kapitalmärkten und Unternehmensinnovationen
Die Europäische Investitionsbank (EIB) wird Kroatien strategisch dabei beraten, zu einem regionalen Zentrum für Finanztechnologien und Kapitalmärkte zu werden. Im Rahmen einer neuen Vereinbarung mit dem kroatischen Finanzministerium begleitet die EIB das Land auf dem Weg zum FinTech-Vorreiter. Parallel dazu plant die EIB die Beratung der kroatischen Agentur für KMU, Innovation und Investitionen (HAMAG-BICRO), um kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) sowie Start-ups fit für Investitionen zu machen und ihnen beim Zugang zu Frühphasen-Finanzierungen zu helfen. Die Beratung wird aus Mitteln der InvestEU-Beratungsplattform finanziert.
