It provides a high-level framework to guide the public-private partnership (PPP) process, and it identifies other authoritative PPP guidance materials, available either online or in print publications, from a wide variety of sources.

Review of the European public-private partnership market in 2022

Through the Market updates, EPEC provides an overview of public-private partnership deals that reach financial close in the European market. Over 2022, 45 public-private partnership transactions reached financial close, 2% higher than the 44 transactions signed in 2021.’
