Further to the launch of the public consultation on the EIB’s Energy Lending Policy, the EIB is pleased to invite all interested stakeholders to join the meeting that will take place in the Square Brussels Convention Centre on Monday 25 February 2019.
Andrew McDowell, Vice President in charge of the EIB’s energy financing will be hosting this information session. The EIB’s energy experts will take participants through the main elements of the consultation document and answer questions from the audience. Registration will open at 9h15 so that the meeting can start at 10h00. We aim to close the meeting by midday, but invite participants to continue the discussion around an informal sandwich lunch. The event will be livestreamed. Whether attending in person, or via livestreaming, participants are requested to complete the online registration form. More detailed practical information will follow in due course.
As a reminder, the EIB will not be taking any oral comments made by participants as formal contributions to the consultation. Any formal contributions need to be received by the EIB in writing before 29 March 2019. Please check the consultation website for more details on the process and calendar.
