This report presents an exhaustive overview of the EIB’s activities in Partner Countries outside the EU from 2000 to 2008. As this review is meant to contribute to the 2010 mid-term review of the EIB 2007-2013 external mandates, it focuses exclusively on the countries in which the Bank could be currently active, as listed in the Council decision 2006/1016.
