Brief on implementation of the EIB's Public Disclosure Policy in 2007

This "Brief on the implementation of the EIB's Public Disclosure Policy for the year 2007" provides an overview of the implementation of the policy in 2007. It includes public access to information through disclosure and publication of information on the EIB website. Please note that the EIB adopted a new Transparency Policy in 2010 that replaces the Public Disclosure Policy and the previous Transparency Policy. As of 2011, the Bank reports on the implementation of this new Transparency Policy with the first report published covering the year 2010.
