The European Investment Bank, acting as the JESSICA Holding Fund Bulgaria, is launching a call for expression of interest to select one or more urban development fund(s) that will receive financing of approximately BGN 61,205,010 from the JESSICA Holding Fund Bulgaria to facilitate the disbursement of EU structural funds in the form of repayable investments in public-private partnerships or other urban projects included in integrated plans for sustainable urban development.
