As part of its transparency policy, the Bank publishes on its website, on a rolling basis, the edited agenda and provisional summary of decisions of the EIB Board of Directors. The documents can be found under "Publications" in the section on the Board of Directors ("About" - "Structure" - "Governance"): The Board of Directors. 

The Board of Directors meets 10 times a year. An annual calendar of its meetings is also published in the "Agenda" section on the Board of Directors.
