EIB Vice-President Philippe de Fontaine Vive invited Brussels-based civil society organisations (CSOs) to a Briefing on the Bank's 2009 Results and 2010 Perspectives. Philippe de Fontaine Vive is responsible for the Bank's relationship with CSOs.
The Briefing took place on the same day as the Bank's Annual News Conference, and confirmed the importance that the Bank gives to its relations with civil society organisations taking a particular interest in the European Union and the EIB.
The meeting started with the Vice-President's presentation followed by a questions & answers session.
