The EIB agreed in 2020 to provide EUR 125 million financing to Mytilineos S.A. for construction of the Agios Nikolaos power plant, which will support energy transition in Greece and contribute to a cleaner future. The 826MW CCGT power plant is currently under construction and is due to be completed late next year.
