The project concerns the 2013- 2015 Buzzi Unicem investment programme in environment and safety measures at different sites in Europe. Buzzi Unicem is an international corporation focused on cement, ready-mix and aggregates. The investments are located in Italy (47%), Poland (24%), Czech Republic (24%) and Germany (5%).

Environmental aspects
The project is taking place in existing plants, replacing old production equipment or implementing new solutions based on technologies that are expected to be in line with Best Available Technology principles.
