This dedicated global loan operation will support the promotional programme of the Wirtschafts- und Infrastrukturbank Hessen (WIBank), primarily aimed at the development of the broadband internet infrastructure in the region. The promotional programme will be executed in co-operation with the Federal State of Hessen and will focus on smaller investment schemes promoted according to the specific criteria established in line with European regulations on public aid.
