Les documents juridiques stipuleront l'obligation faite à l'i ntermédiaire financier de s'assurer que les projets financés au titre du présent prêt seront conformes à la législation nationale et, le cas échéant, européenne en matière d'environnement.

Les documents juridiques imposent à l'emprunteur de s'assurer que les marchés de fournitures, de services et de travaux sont passés conformément aux critères habituels de la BEI en la matière.
