Umweltaspekte
Die Vertragsunterlagen werden die zwischengeschalteten Institute verpflichten, sicherzustellen, dass die aus Mitteln dieses Darlehens finanzierten Projekte mit den entsprechenden nationalen und/oder EU-Umweltvorschriften in Einklang stehen.
Auftragsvergabe
Die Vertragsklauseln verpflichten die Darlehensnehmer, bei der Vergabe von Liefer-, Bau- und Dienstleistungsaufträgen die Einhaltung der üblichen Kriterien der Bank zu gewährleisten.
