The project concerns development and refurbishment investments (including furnace reconstruction) of the Beta Glass Plc company in Nigeria. Investments will take place in the two existing plants dedicated to the production of glass containers.
Objectives
The project aims to modernise existing production, enlarge the product mix and improve the product quality, increasing production flexibility and efficiency, and finally increasing the global production capacity. The project has a significant environmental sustainability component through the usage of natural gas as energy source, light weight glass, and the collection and use of recycled glass.
