Financing of small/limited scale projects promoted predominantly by SME in Catalunya, mainly in industry, tourism and the service sector, and for a minority part by public sector authorities, for investments in knowledge economy, energy and environmental protection.

Giving access to term finance at favourable conditions. At least 70% of the loan will be in favour of SMEs.
