    Objectives

    Financing of construction of the new headquarters of the Rhône Alpes Region on the Lyon Confluence site.

    The regional authority’s new headquarters will be closer to major transport hubs and easier for people to reach while bringing staff together on a single site. The building will meet higher energy efficiency and environmental standards than those currently in force (Directive 202/91/EC).
