Credit line for further development of financing of SMEs and small infrastructure projects promoted by public sector authorities, in particular in the fields of infrastructure improvement, environment, energy, industry and services.
Objectives
To lease financing for SME projects, small and medium scale infrastructure projects promoted by local authorities and any size industrial projects in the fields of knowledge economy, energy and environmental protection.
Legal documentation will include the obligation for financial intermediaries to ensure that projects financed under this loan are in line with relevant national and/or EU environmental legislation.
Procurement
Legal documents will oblige the borrower to ensure that equipment purchases, services and works are procured in compliance with Bank’s usual criteria.
