Construction of a second terminal at Warsaw International Airport.
The project will enable the airport to accommodate existing and rapidly rising demand for air transport in Poland, and will contribute to Poland's integration into the EU, and to strengthening transport links between the EU and Poland.

Total cost (Approximate amount)Environmental aspectsAn independent Environmental Impact Study (EIS) has been undertaken based upon outline plans. The project will comply with the Polish Environmental Protection Act of 27 April 2001 and a full EIA, compliant with both Polish and EU legislation, will be completed at detailed design stage.
The procurement process for the design and build contract comprised an open international tender competition between pre-qualified consortia, following advertisement in OJEC.
