In accordance with article 44 (2) of Commission Regulation 1828/2006 on European Structural Funds and the provisions of the JESSICA holding fund agreements, the EIB shall issue calls for expression of interest to identify and select appropriate urban development funds eligible to receive financial contributions from the JESSICA holding funds.
