JASPERS

For the 10 Member States which joined the Union in 2004 and Romania and Bulgaria which joined in 2007, the EIB, European Commission and EBRD have launched a joint initiative to provide technical support for project preparation in the case of large infrastructure schemes which receive finance from the Structural and Cohesion Funds.
