Badia Impact Fund is a closed-end venture capital fund, incorporated in the Netherlands. The fund seeks to invest seed, start-up and expansion capital in early and growth stage Technology, Media, and Telecom (“TMT”) SMEs located predominantly in Jordan. It is managed by Badia Management Company B.V., a company wholly owned by Accelerator Technology Holdings (“ATH”) and incorporated as a limited liability company in the Netherlands.
