Joint Action to support microfinance institutions in Europe (JASMINE)
JASMINE is a EUR 50m 3-year pilot initiative promoted by the EC, in cooperation with the EIB/EIF, partner
financial institutions and the European Parliament, to help entrepreneurs excluded from the banking sector
create or develop their project. JASMINE will provide both operational technical assistance and funding
(equity and debt) to institutions providing microcredit.

pangandusväliseid mikrokrediidiasutusi ja mikro-

ti JASMINE’i raames 25 mikrokrediidiasutustele 10
reitinguaruannet ja 15 hindamisaruannet ning kor-

U nder de nuværende økonomiske forhold... Aktivitetsberetning
Øget vækst- og
beskæftigelsespotentiale i Europa
EIF yder desuden teknisk bistand og finansiel støt-
te gennem andre mikrofinansieringsprogrammer
og -initiativer. Inden for JASMINE... -Kommissionens midler. Eksempelvis blev der i
2011 inden for JASMINE stillet 10 vurderingsrappor-
ter, 15 evalueringsrapporter og 250 kursusdage til rå-
dighed til 25 mikrofinansieringsinstitutioner.

12 Έκθεση... προγραμμάτων και πρωτοβουλιών στον
χώρο της μικροχρηματοδότησης. Μέσω της πρωτοβουλίας
JASMINE, το ΕΤΑΕ παρέχει σε μη τραπεζικούς μικροχρημα
τοδοτικούς οργανισμούς και φορείς παροχής μικροπιστώ
σεων χρηματοδότηση από πόρους της ΕΤΕπ, καθώς και τεχνι
κή βοήθεια από πόρους της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής. Το 2011
χρηματοδοτήθηκαν μέσω του JASMINE 10 εκθέσεις πιστο
ληπτικής ικανότητας, 15 εκθέσεις

JASMINE – (Joint Action to Support Microfinance Institutions in
Europe) - Iniciativa de acción conjunta en apoyo de las instituciones
de microfinanciación en Europa
(FEI... finan-
ciero a través de otros programas e iniciativas de micro-
financiación. En el marco de la iniciativa JASMINE, el FEI
facilita financiación procedente de los recursos del BEI
a instituciones de microfinanciación no bancarias y a
proveedores de microcrédito, así como asistencia técni-
ca con cargo a los recursos de la Comisión Europea. Por

ügyi támogatást. A JASMINE kezdeményezés ér-
telmében az EBA nem banki mikrofinanszírozó és... nyúj-
tó intézmény részére, amelyek ezen kívül 250 képzési
napot is kaptak a JASMINE-programban 2011-ben.

D abartinėmis... mikrofinansavimo progra-
momis ir iniciatyvomis. Pagal JASMINE iniciatyvą EIF
finansuoja ne bankines mikrofinansavimo įstaigas
ir mikrokreditų iš EIB išteklių teikėjus, taip pat teikia
techninę pagalbą iš Europos Komisijos išteklių. Pa-
vyzdžiui, 2011 m. pagal JASMINE iniciatyvą parengta
10 reitingo nustatymo ataskaitų ir 15 vertinimo atas-
kaitų, 25 mikrofinansavimo įstaigoms skirta 250 die-
nų

verstrekt het EIF uit middelen van de EIB financie-
ring aan niet-bancaire instellingen voor microfinan-
ciering en aanbieders van microkredieten en levert
het Fonds tevens technische bijstand uit middelen
van de Europese Commissie. Zo zijn er in 2011 in
