In 2012 the EIB delivered on its commitment to support Greece: aggregate signatures of new loans amounted to EUR 705 million, including EUR 155 million provided under the JESSICA initiative, while disbursements totalled EUR 909 million for important sectors and objectives such as SMEs, transport, energy and education.
