The study’s objective is to investigate the possibilities for carbon finance and crediting activities in three selected Mediterranean countries, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia, to identify priority sectors and to build a pipeline of concrete Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects, which EIB could help work up and finance in the next period.
