EIB’s climate strategy outside the EU

This document presents EIB’s strategic vision for supporting climate action outside the EU in countries covered by the Bank’s “external lending mandate”. The EIB works towards increasing its backing for projects reducing CO₂ emissions and adapting to climate change. Using its climate action experience within the EU, the EIB have worked in partnership with the European Commission to devise this vision.
