EIB Financing of Energy Projects in the EU and in CEE countries

The present evaluation covers energy projects financed by the EIB in the EU Member countries and in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries. In line with the Terms of Reference of the Evaluation Department, the general objective is to assess the quality, effectiveness and relevance of EIB operations in the energy sector, with emphasis on environmental issues.
