Diversity 2010 Progress Report

This is the second Annual Diversity Report prepared by the EIB following the establishment of the Bank’s Diversity Strategy in December 2008. The report focuses on calendar year 2010 and diversity trends over the past years.
Given that the Diversity Strategy will reach its third anniversary at the end of 2011, this report assesses general progress against the original goals set, and provides some insights into potential priorities going forward, linked to the HR 2013 strategy.
