COPEC Convention

The establishment of the Joint Committee on Equal Opportunities (COPEC) was agreed by the EIB on 4 May 1994. The Convention, defining COPEC's working methods and spheres of activity, was jointly signed by the Staff Representatives and the Administration on 2 June 1994. This Convention was replaced by a new Convention signed on 24 February 2004. As a Joint Committee, COPEC is composed of members of the Bank's Administration and Staff Representatives in equal numbers.
