The Complaints Mechanism Operating Procedures, fully implementing the Complaints Mechanism Principles, Terms of Reference and Rules of Procedure, aim at clarifying, improving and formalising current processes, to facilitate, streamline and better ensure handling of complaints.
The EIB new Complaints Mechanism- Principles, Terms of Reference and Rules of Procedure was approved by EIB Board of Directors on 2 February 2010 and supersedes the Complaints Mechanism Policy of June 2008.
