Logistics and Accreditation

The EIB Forum 2004 will be held on 14-15 October 2004 in Warsaw (Hotel Westin) on the subject of "Investing in the New Member States. Members of the media wishing to participate in the EIB Forum 2004 should complete the Media Registration Form.

The conference room, press room and accreditation desk will be located on the conference floor of the Hotel Westin.

The opening hours of the accreditation are as follows:

  • Wednesday, 13 October 16.00 - 19.30 hrs
  • Thursday, 14 October 9.00 - 18.00 hrs
  • Friday, 15 October 8.30 - 13.00 hrs

The press room is located on the second floor (Salon Aquarius) and provides a full range of media facilities which will be available starting Thursday 14 October at 10.00 hrs through Friday 15 November at 18.00 hrs.

Journalists will be able to transmit reports by phone, fax and computer; plug and play internet connections. There will also be one large screen in the press room to allow journalists to follow the conference from the press room.


Interviews

EIB Press Office staff (Paul Löser, Sabine Parisse, Dusan Ondrejicka) can facilitate interviews with Forum speakers before and during the sessions.

Press release and Printed materials

A documents counter in the press room will provide journalists with paper copies of the speeches, as these are made available to the Forum speakers. They will also be available on these pages.

Documentation

Polish, English, German and French documentation of the EIB will be made available in the press kit which you will receive upon accreditation.


Photographs

The EIB will provide photographic coverage of the Forum. Copies of these photographs may be obtained in the Press Room. High resolution copies of selected photographs may be downloaded from the Forum website (www.eib.org/forum).
