Complaint
On 17 April 2015, the EIB Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) received a complaint from the Regional Authority of Epirus alleging unfair rejection of their application in the framework of the ELENA program. The complainants claimed that the rejection of their application had no supporting basis and, therefore, they asked for re-examination of their application as well as for a bilateral meeting with the EIB services.
EIB-CM Action
The EIB-CM contacted the respondent EIB services in order to inquire about the allegations.
