    Complaint

    On 12 September 2017, the EIB Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) received a complaint alleging the lack of feedback after job interviews in Luxembourg, no replies to previous requests, and no reimbursement of travel and hotel expenses almost three months after the stay in Luxembourg.

    EIB-CM Action

    Human Resources were contacted and expenses were reimbursed.  No interview feedback could be provided yet as the recruitment process was still ongoing.  Human Resources contacted the complainant in due time.

    Conclusion

    Expenses were reimbursed and the recruitment process was still ongoing.  The complainant was contacted once the decision was taken.
