EPEC together with our Member for Latvia, arranged a workshop examining the opportunities for using PPPs to promote energy efficiency. Key topics covered included the planned street lighting PPP in Vilnius, examples from Germany for improving energy efficiency in schools and public buildings.

Other presentations included the JESSICA initiative in Vilnius for residential housing and the European Energy Efficiency Fund established last year.
