Who can be a member of EPEC?

The membership comes from EU Member States, Candidate Countries and countries associated with the Research Programme run by European Commission Directorate General Research (FP7).

Membership of EPEC is strictly limited to public authorities whose role includes policy responsibility and the promotion of PPP projects or programmes at national or regional level. Members with policy responsibility then cascade the knowledge they acquire through EPEC to individual authorities who are procuring PPP projects.
