
A European network of public authorities responsible for PPP
EPEC has 39 Members, including the EIB and the European Commission. All other Members are national or regional authorities that are responsible for PPP policy or programmes in their jurisdictions. Membership is restricted to public authorities in European Union member states, Candidate Countries and certain other countries in Europe. Limiting EPEC's membership to the public sector helps ensure a free and open exchange of information. But EPEC Members and the Executive speak regularly with the private sector - not least at our twice yearly Private Sector Forum.
