        Description
        Objectives

        A dedicated EIB loan to finance projects promoted by SMEs and Mid-Caps in Ukraine. Projects in fields considered as priority under the mandate (i.e. local private sector development, climate change mitigation and adaptation, development of social and economic infrastructure) carried out by promoters of any size can also be funded, provided that funding does not exceed 30% of the overall EIB loan amount.

        Financing of small/medium-sized projects carried out by SMEs and Mid-Caps or carried out by eligible promoters of any size provided that the considered projects are in priority fields under the mandate and that financing does not exceed 30% of the overall EIB loan amount.
