Convergence ICT Fund

Convergence ICT Fund is a USD 300m private equity Fund project managed by Convergence Partners Management, a South Africa-based firm. The Fund has a specific focus on developing a portfolio of minority equity interests in information and communications technology (“ICT”) infrastructures and ancillary service businesses the entire sub-Saharan African region. This Fund will make investments into new opportunities (greenfield), either developed in-house by the Fund manager or investigated at a very early stage, as well as into existing assets and businesses (brownfield).
