The EIB and European Commission will launch fi-compass on Monday 19th January, an advisory platform on financial instruments set up under the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) and the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI).
fi-compass aims to strengthen the expertise and capacity of ESIF managing authorities, microfinance providers and other potential beneficiaries and interested parties. It will provide a "one-stop shop" that raises awareness about the financial instruments and provides methodological advice, training and knowledge exchange among practitioners.
EIB Vice-President Wilhelm Molterer will open the two-day launch conference in Brussels.
