On 18th May 2009, the EIB launched a public consultation on its Complaints Mechanism Policy, Public Disclosure Policy and Transparency Policy.
The public consultation included two rounds with two consultation meetings that were held in Brussels.
Following the consultation process, the EIB's Board of Directors approved the Bank's new Transparency Policy (which replaced the previous Transparency Policy and the Public Disclosure Policy) on 2nd February 2010.
The timetable below provides an overview of the main steps of the consultation as well as reference to the relevant documentation that was issued and received during the process.
