The EIB is preparing a review of its Complaints Mechanism Policy, Public Disclosure Policy, and Transparency Policy. The process will include a public consultation. The consultation will allow stakeholders to provide suggestions and comments on the draft revised Policies. The consultative process will be launched during the month of May 2009. Further details will be published at the consultation's official launch.
