The Bank receives many requests for information and certain questions recur regularly. Please check if your query can be answered by one of the links below.
Does the EIB have offices around the world? Do you recruit for these offices?
The EIB has its Head Office in Luxembourg and also has a number of smaller regional offices. Most of these offices are representative and/or operational units. Their personnel is usually appointed from the Head Office for a fixed period. The EIB may also hire local agents in order to reinforce its Regional offices. The recruitment activities are centralised in Luxembourg. Please do not send job applications to Regional Offices as they cannot be processed properly.
Does the EIB make use of recruitment agencies?
The EIB uses recruitment agencies or headhunters only on an exceptional basis. Such companies should forward their documentation and conditions to the following address before making formal contact with the Bank:
