Employee satisfaction

The European Investment Bank is aware of the importance of making the EIB a better place to work. Employee satisfaction Surveys are conducted and followed up regularly. Results of these surveys are published internally and monitored. Recent staff surveys took place in 2000 and 2003. More recently, the Bank has launched regular targeted satisfaction surveys on the performance of its corporate central services.
