“Good for people – Good for Business”
We believe that diversity is good for our people and our business. As the Bank of the European Union, we are committed to EU objectives and values.
We promote and value diversity and inclusion of qualified and experienced staff and believe that the blend of genders, ages, nationalities, skin colours, cultural and professional backgrounds and a wide range of experiences are essential to the success and development of the Bank and reflect Europe itself.
To further our diversity efforts, we particularly encourage women and candidates with disabilities, who are nationals of the EU Member States, to apply.
For questions related specifically to employment of persons with disabilities, please contact email@example.com.
Check our 2018-2021 Strategy for Diversity and Inclusion to find out more about our commitment to address diversity and foster an inclusive environment.
Committees and Networks
The Joint Committee for Equal Opportunities (COPEC) is the formal voice of staff for diversity matters.
In addition, the ConnectedWomen and LGBT+ Networks have been set up by staff as informal and collaborative fora to support specific communities.
