Economic and Financial Studies (EFS) supports the Bank's strategic decision-making through targeted research in economics and finance. EFS also participates in international fora and maintains laison with counterparts in other international organisations.
The January 2007 EIB Conference on Economics and Finance will discuss the topic An efficient, sustainable, and secure supply of energy for Europe". The papers presented at the conference will be published in volume 12 (2007) of the EIB Papers.
