We do not report on this performance indicator. Respecting human rights is one of EIB's core business principles but we do not monitor actively the number of hours of training. In the context of introducing the mainstreaming of human rights in its social assessment standards and practices, the EIB organised: an EIB-wide staff awareness session with the Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA); a workshop with the International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) sustainability team on the topic of “IFIs and Human Rights Mainstreaming”; and a workshop with the Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) on “Mainstreaming Human Rights in the EIB”.
The ECSO staff involved with this work stream engaged in several networking and conference events over 2011 in order to expand knowledge on the subject.
