The EIB’s significant location of operation is Luxembourg. At standard entry level, men and women have an equal wage. The EIB entry level wage can be found via the link provided (EUR 2605.70). In 2011 Luxembourg’s minimum salary was EUR 1801.49; the ratio is therefore 1.44. Other than our Luxembourg Headquarters there are no significant locations of operations.
