    Case Description

    Complaint

    On 27 November 2012, the EIB Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) received a complaint alleging discriminatory treatment by Bank A in Azerbaijan towards its employee.

    Conclusions

    On 12 December 2012, the complainant informed the EIB-CM that the reported issue had been resolved by Bank A and, therefore, he/she wished to withdraw his/her complaint. On the basis of this information the EIB-CM proceeded to close the case.
